about this site

Searching javascript on Google, you’ll find pages and pages of unuseful crap to copy/paste into your web pages. That’s why I created this site. It aims to be a reference for good programming techniques in javascript. No code snippets that you can reuse. No “floating somewhere in space” useful function to include in your code. Just techniques, tips, librairies, web2.0 and ajax.

Ajax is cool but before you can ajax, you have to javascript. This site will help you to improve and simplify your ajax-based applications.

I am myself a firm believer in javascript and I think it’s hard to find relevant information about it even if a lot of developers use it. JavascriptKata.com will fill that hole in the documentation of javascript.

The articles on this site are opened to your comments and will thus evoluate until perfection (if such a thing exists) so please comment.
